Min. Required Qualification

  • Matric
  • Basic admin skills
  • Computer literate, (Microsoft packages)
  • Logistic/control room background
  • 4/5 years experience

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Good verbal communication skills and basic report writing skills are essential
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient time
  • A sense of urgency (does things quickly and methodically), selfdriven and resilient, work with mínimal supervision and exercise independent judgement
  • An analytical approach to problem solving and ability to pay high attention to details as well as handle complexity (multiple challenges simultaneously)
  • Shows an open attitude towards change and willing to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Availability to work during nonscheduled hours when necessary
  • Ability to do standby on a roster basis is essential

Main Job Task and Responsibilities

  • Research required information
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identifying and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customers queries
  • Document all call information according to standard to operating procedures
  • Filing and basic administration
  • Manage/monitor drivers throughout the evening
  • Monitoring/tracking of company vehicles and tracking devices
  • Daily reporting of occurrences
  • Reporting irregular activities
  • Communicate effectively with drivers & customers
  • Reside in cape Town
  • Night Shift only

Salary:
R8 500 per month
