    Pro Tem Recruitment invites applications for the position of a highly skilled Financial Manager based in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial acumen, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

    • Manage financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow projections.
    • Oversee debtors and creditors, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
    • Perform monthly bank and cashbook reconciliations, as well as VAT and debtors/creditors reconciliations.
    • Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and close annual financial reporting and statements.
    • Manage the full payroll process, including IRP5 reconciliations, EMP201 submissions, and returns.
    • Liaise with FNB Bank for FICA information, credit cards, and VKDB accounts management.

    Requirements:

    • Professional qualifications such as SAIPA or AGA(SA).
    • Minimum 5 years of post-article experience in financial management.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Results-driven with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
