    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the finance sector.
    • Be a hunter (self generated business)
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
    • Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance the candidate sourcing process.
    • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career opportunities.
    • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
    As A Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:
    • Thrive in a high-performance sales culture
    • Generate new business
    • Achieve sales targets
    • Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry
    • Full 360 recruitment cycle
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the finance sector.
    • Cold calling.
    • In-depth knowledge of finance roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
    • Proficiency with recruitment software and advanced sourcing techniques.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. (with good academics)
    • Must be between the age of 22 30
    • Live in Cape Town, Northern suburbs
    • Have your own vehicle
