Responsibilities

Product Industrialisation: Testing of products prior to release for production.

Documentation of test processes and results.

Write test procedures, work instructions and wiring/assembly diagrams as required for production.

Ensure training is completed on how to produce products.

Keep records of training and accuracy of production.

Ensuring proper handover on finalisation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in Electronics.

Experience with electronics & testing & production.

At least 2 years experience in manufacturing and product testing.

Must be able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with Test jigs, Fault finding, Troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment.

Ability to Rework PCBs, Solder SMD components.

Assemble and Test Products.

Strong communication skills.

Good English language and writing skills.

Underground mining environment exposure advantageous.
