- Prepare monthly management reports for business units, highlighting variances between budget and actuals.
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality financial information.
- Ensure suitable internal controls are in place to mitigate risks.
- Assist with budget preparation and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare audit support schedules and assist with training staff on new financial processes.
- Support the Head of Finance in advising on accounting matters and providing financial guidance.
- CA or CIMA qualification.
- At least three years' post-article experience.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- A background in e-commerce or retail would be advantageous.
- Familiar with IFRS knowledge and financial accounting principles.
- Strong numeric, analytical, and statistical competencies.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP and WMS applications.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and analyze complex problems.
- Team-player attitude and strong business administration skills.
