    • Execute strategy by adding new dealers and increasing sales at existing ones.
    • Motivate and train sales team to improve performance.
    • Set sales goals, analyze data, and project future performance.
    • Implement cost-effective CRM management.
    • Collaborate with Exco on monthly specials and leverage marketing opportunities.
    • Foster customer engagement and development.
    • Maintain understanding of customer needs.
    • Develop relationships with new customers and dealers, rekindle old ones.
    • Improve systems for resolving customer complaints.
    • Ensure timely provision of KPI data and assess staff levels.
    • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
    • Develop relationships with finance companies for turnkey solutions.
    • Establish company culture and values in the sales team.
    • Cultivate key accounts nationally and grow corporate business.
    • Conclude deals from sales team and dealers, or initiate own deals.

    Requirements

    • Matric qualification.
    • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
    • Strong field sales background.
    • Office automation, digital, and IT experience beneficial.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
