    About the Role:

    Duties Include:

  • Handling inbound calls and digital communications from customers, addressing any questions or issues they may have.
  • Ensuring first call resolution whenever possible to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers about services and procedures.
  • Processing transactions and taking payments as needed.
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining detailed logs of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent educational qualification.
  • A clear criminal record.
  • Flexibility in working hours to cover various shifts.
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for backgrounds in service-oriented sectors.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using PC and common office applications (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
