- Matric or equivalent educational qualification.
- A clear criminal record.
- Flexibility in working hours to cover various shifts.
- Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for backgrounds in service-oriented sectors.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using PC and common office applications (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
