8 Room Lodge in the Bela Bela area is looking for a Management Couple, ideally a couple with Guiding / Maintenance and Spa experience.

Due to the size of the lodge the couple should be able to manage the following departments independently:
manage staff, kitchen, maintenance, admin and do hosting.

Field Guide / Maintenance:
We are looking for someone with integrity, excellent guest relations, who is knowledgeable, presentable. Must be willing to assist with maintenance, Hosting of guests and all aspect of day-to-day tasks at the lodge.

Requirements:

Guiding qualifications
Able to assist and management maintenance.
General & staff management skills
Drivers license & PDP
Experience within a Big 5 Game Reserve

Manager with either Spa Therapist or / and admin background:
Ideally someone who is a qualified and experienced spa therapist, as well computer literate. She must be able to provide therapist functions or oversee spa facilities on site. She must have integrity, excellent guest relations, knowledgeable, presentable. She must be willing to assist with Hosting of guests and all aspect of day-to-day tasks at the lodge.

Duties include:

Assisting in the Management of the lodge & Spa
Assisting with administration
Reservations
Must assist with marketing
Hygiene, cleanliness and preparation of the lodge & spa
Management and stock take of products

Requirements:

Formal qualification
Qualification in Somatology would be an advantage
Computer literate

Package on offer:

Live in position
Cycles 3 week on and 1 week off.
One bedroom house with large open plan living room and kitchen. Private yard and braai area.
Meals provided when on duty.
