My client who provides services to clients across various industries is looking to employ an experienced IT Helpdesk Agent with a track record of providing excellent customer service.


QUALIFYING CRITERIA
-
OWN reliable vehicle available for work
-
IT Diploma preferred
-
Matric Accounting
-
Ability to work shifts

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent, fluent communication skills in English and Afrikaans NOT NEGOTIABLE
  • Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Antivirus programs and Internet Browsers
  • Experience working with Remote Desktop Software (Team Viewer preferred)
  • Ability to listen and understand client needs/problems and provide simple solutions
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Conflict management skills
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Support: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English and Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

  • Drivers license AND OWN CAR (required)
