My client who provides services to clients across various industries is looking to employ an experienced IT Helpdesk Agent with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA

OWN reliable vehicle available for work

IT Diploma preferred

Matric Accounting

Ability to work shifts
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent, fluent communication skills in English and Afrikaans NOT NEGOTIABLE
- Windows XP, Vista, Win 7, Antivirus programs and Internet Browsers
- Experience working with Remote Desktop Software (Team Viewer preferred)
- Ability to listen and understand client needs/problems and provide simple solutions
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to problem solve under pressure
- Conflict management skills
- Strong Customer Service Orientation
Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Support: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English and Afrikaans (required)
License/Certification:
- Drivers license AND OWN CAR (required)
