Description
Join a successful client in the construction industry as an Assistant Accountant reporting into the Financial Manager.Responsibilities:
- Bank Statement process receipts and payments
- Cashbook
- Manage concur expense claims to ensure this is correct.
- Update General ledger expense account Recons
- Compile and prepare recons for local creditors Payments
- Compile and prepare recons for international payments intercompany accounts
- Load all local AP payments
- Clearing Vat Account and preparation of Vat Return payment
- Reconciling and posting all corporate cards
- Manage and control entire fixed Asset Register
- Manage and control short term insurance of all assets
- Posting of all Accruals
- Posting of all prepayments if any
- Send / Receive Intercompany Confirmation
- Prepare Balance sheet Recons
Requirements:
- Financial Qualification (BCom / BTech)
- 2 Years experience
- Pastel Partner (advantageous)
