    Lead Generation Agent

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying prospective clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
    2. Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and other marketing channels.
    3. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and potential fit for our services.
    4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
    5. Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
    6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
    7. Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve lead generation strategies.
    8. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales-oriented role is an advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
