    Job Summary
    The successful candidate will ensure Branch profitability through daily planning, leading, controlling, and organizing all resources while ensuring superior customer service and driving sales. This includes achieving expected standards on sales and income by managing employee productivity within the branch, optimizing service processes, and effectively controlling and managing Branch expenses.

    Sales and Administration
    • Ensure the branch meets and exceeds its monthly expense target by setting individual targets aligned with business objectives.
    • Maintain a 90% MIP enforce conversion rate for all sales applications forms delivered by node leaders.
    • Manage communication and stock levels of stationery and marketing material within the branch.
    • Implement security measures as per policy and adhere to standard operating procedures.
    • Conduct trend analysis of hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance data.

    People Management
    • Provide staff coaching and development opportunities.
    • Facilitate career development discussions and identify potential staff for succession planning.
    • Develop training plans to ensure consultants are competent in their roles.
    • Manage leave and absenteeism, and plan accordingly for peak and off-peak seasons.
    • Ensure performance contracts, KPIs, and IDPs are in place and conducted regular performance discussions.
    • Recruit and schedule work rosters for Branch Consultants as required.
    • Determine resource capacity and submit commission sheets for calculation of monthly commissions.

    Customer Experience
    • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients and solicit 360-degree feedback from stakeholders.
    • Ensure a professional appearance of staff and the branch through random audits.
    • Create a client-centric culture within the branch.
    • Promote Branch awareness and identify marketing opportunities through client engagement.
    • Monitor QA scores and initiate interventions to address under-performance.

    Qualifications
    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Any relevant diploma or qualification.
    • 3-5 years' experience in a management role.
    • Proven track record of good performance.
    • Firm grasp of modern management skills and tactics.
    • Understanding of funeral insurance laws and regulations.
    • A drive to reach sales and service goals.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Experience with managing KPIs and branch headcount.
    • Driver's license and own vehicle (added advantage).
