Junior Technical Support - Durban, South Africa - Lead HR Consulting
Description
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Setup of Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Setup of client machines
- Desktop/Laptop Support
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person, delivering technical resolutions as they arise and identifying root causes
- Maintain a service desk ticketing system, logging, monitoring and reporting all incidents
- Good Troubleshooting and Problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Selfmotivated and takes the initiative.
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Basic Networking
- Installing Windows Operating system
- Basic Knowledge of loading software
- Will be required to useBasic SAGE, BPO (Will be trained)
- Relevant qualification
Salary:
R5, R6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
