About the Role:
Opportunity available at a property investment joint venture company for an experience Sales Executive.
The company specialises in starting and growing property investment portfolios on behalf of aspiring property investors who do not have the time, the know-how, the resources, or the interest to deal with tenants.
This is achieved through the acquisition of investment properties, property management, and effective asset management. The ultimate goal is wealth creation through property investment.Requirements:
Target driven
Solid sales experience with a proven track record
A professional, yet personal approach to communication: Telephonically, via Zoom, and in-person
Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal
Have a good understanding of the real estate industry, particularly real estate investing
High ticket closing skills
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook
Administration and filing skills
Responsibilities:
Onboarding of property investors
No cold calling but instead following up on warm leads where potential investors have already indicated interest in the investment offering
Sharing details of the investment offering and successfully onboarding the investors
All outcomes with potential investors should be documented, filed and followed up.
You will report directly to the MD on the achievement of weekly targets.
Training on the offering will be provided.
