WANTED:
An experienced, Industrial Capital Goods Sales Rep.

A leading supplier of industrial compressed air equipment is searching for a high energy, self motivated 'hunter' to cover the KZN region with a focus on Durban.

Drivers licence
Computer literate
5 years experience in end user sales
8+ years experience in Capital sales equipment
Previous experience in the industrial sector
Syspro knowledge is advantageous.


Responsibilities:

Capital Goods Sales in the region of KZN, primarily Durban
Plan and prioritize sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims
Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.
Be prepared to carry out any special request and to discuss any alternative solutions.
Meet or exceed customer expectations.


Fair Compensation Options:

Higher basic (R25k) + 2.5% comm on turnover (+ phone, laptop and petrol) OR
Lower basic(R15k) + 5% comm on turnover (+ phone, laptop and petrol)
