Responsibilities:

Drive net new revenue by converting Free workspaces to paid Premium or Enterprise subscriptions.
Utilize internal data and conduct Account-Based Research to generate leads and prospects.
Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
Selfmanage tasks and followups with prospects to ensure consistent communication.
Develop and execute outbound campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Handle objections and align solutions to individual customer needs.
Manage some account relationships postsales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience selling in the HR/People & Culture space is a plus.
Experience in cold calling and closing deals.
Proficiency in Slack.
Previous experience working in small, dynamic companies.
Willingness to work closely with and report directly to the CEO.
Energetic and positive attitude.
Ability to take on tasks independently.
Thrive in a small company environment with mínimal structure and enjoy working autonomously.
Proven track record in B2B sales with a few years of experience.
Confident in your ability to get things done and resourceful in overcoming challenges.
Personable, energetic, and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.

Salary:
R18,000 - R20,000 Base + commission

You would be required to work at our offices in Woodmead, Sandton and you would be
required to work American hours (2pm - 11pm).
