Your Opportunity
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments such as procurement, finance, and operations to ensure timely processing of vendor transactions.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Resolve disputes or discrepancies with vendors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors in conjunction with Indirect Procurement to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Utilize SAP software to extract data and generate reports regarding equipment maintenance requirements, schedule and coordinate the maintenance activities.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, escalating any issues or delays as necessary. Act as a point of contact for any queries or concerns related to maintenance scheduling and execution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements, in all maintenance-related activities.
Who you are - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MyBuy, SAP is advantageous.
