Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to interpret sales trends, historical data, and market insights, driving informed decisionmaking.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams, ensuring the successful execution of merchandise strategies from conception to implementation.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, allocations, and replenishment strategies to optimize product availability and reduce stockouts.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights to enhance future merchandise planning strategies.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively respond to market shifts.
Qualifications:
- 3 5 years proven experience as a Merchandise Planner in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in retail math.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Detailoriented, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using planning software and MS Excel.
