We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Resourcing Consultant.

As a Resourcing Consultant you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers.

Role responsibilities:

We are looking for a recruitment resourcer who has excellent administrative skills.
Someone who is highly organized and who can work well under pressure.
Working with company campaigns and exhibitions when required.
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand market trends and changes.

Experience:

Previous experience in a role that requires a high level of sales barring recruitment or sourcing experience.
Experience in working to targets or deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Experience of MS Office, databases/CRM's.
