Description
Ensure optimal planning and organising of resources so that projects are completed efficiently, in time and within budget.- Liaise with suppliers and customers.
- Produce progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and management.
Responsibilities:
- Control and capturing timesheets of teams.
- Manage service and maintenance teams ( 10 team members)
- Directs the daily workflow and schedules of the department, coordinating staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Comply with and support the Health, Safety and Environment statements, policies and procedures ensuring that all H&S audits are carried out accordingly annual assessments.
- Developing staff, mentoring, coaching.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers Licence.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Knowledge of Eworks (ewm job systems) will be an added bonus.
- Knowledge of SOS inventory systems will be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
- Good communication abilities in both speech and writing.
- Good negotiations skills and problem solving.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain policies and procedures used in purchasing.
Education:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
Experience:
- Planning: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervisory role: 3 years (required)
Language:
- English and Afrikaans (required)
