Summary of Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile and prepare account statements for payment.
Responsible for receiving and auditing council accounts.
Attend monthly management meetings with clients to discuss financial performance and strategies.
Develop and present management reports to clients, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
Implement effective credit control measures to ensure timely payments from clients.
Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Financial qualifications or Bachelor of Commerce degree.
A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
Matured individual with a matric certificate.
Strong client service skills and ability to work effectively with clients.
Ability to work overtime if required and be deadline-driven.
Effective leadership skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
