We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team at {company}.

This is a corporate environment, and we require candidates who can thrive in this setting.

Key Requirements:

A degree in HR or a National Diploma in Payroll/Finance or related studies
A minimum of 5 years' experience in in-house payroll operations
SAP accounting exposure and experience with salary account reconciliations
Proficiency in Sage 300 People (essential)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of best practices around salaries, payroll topics, policies, and procedures
PAYE knowledge is essential

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior Actuaries, Underwriters, and other insurance professionals.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum based on location and experience.
