    This role requires an individual with an unwavering determination to see tasks through to completion, even when faced with challenges or tight deadlines. A strong sense of commitment is also essential, as this position demands a willingness to handle urgent or complex tasks under high pressure situations.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a high-level PA/HR recruitment role, with a solid understanding of labour legislation and the full cycle of recruitment.

    They should possess exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and a practical, methodical approach to work.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and itineraries.
    • Plan and oversee meetings, events, and conferences, managing logistics, invitations, and resource availability.
    • Provide confidential administrative support, including transcribing minutes and managing sensitive information.
    • Manage personal and corporate tasks for the Executive with professionalism and discretion.

    HR & Recruitment Responsibilities:

    • Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across multiple systems and databases.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
    • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including conducting employment checks and preparing job offers for successful candidates.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
    • At least 10 years of proven experience in a high-level PA/HR recruitment role.
    • Experience with the full cycle of recruitment.
    • Solid understanding of labour legislation.
