Job Overview:
As a Site Activation Coordinator, you will perform tasks at a country level associated with site activation activities, adhering to local and international regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project requirements, and contractual guidelines.
You will review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy under senior staff guidance, preparing site regulatory documents and reviewing them for completeness and accuracy.
You will track progress, approvals, and document execution, including regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents, distributing completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
You will also support updating and maintaining internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project-specific information.
