    We are seeking a meticulous Retail Health and Safety Specialist to maintain a secure workplace environment for all staff and customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular health and safety assessments and risk evaluations.
    • Guarantee adherence to safety regulations and company protocols.
    • Train employees on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
    • Investigate and document incidents or accidents.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a health and safety position, preferably in retail.
    • Detailed knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to identify potential hazards, and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks. They must also possess excellent communication skills to train staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
