    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Designers, Quality Surveyors, Project Managers, Finance team and clients.
    • Assess client requirements and desires through collaboration with involved team members.
    • Stay updated on trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.
    • Handle administrative paperwork for production and manufacturing departments.
    • Support and guide production team.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and health standards.
    • Communicate regularly with management regarding production-related issues.
    • Evaluate machine resources for continued production and minimal downtime.
    • Balance productivity and costs in manufacturing operations.
    • Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
    • Ensure adequate staff scheduling.
    • Submit regular reports on tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant production and manufacturing qualification.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role.
    • Knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health administration regulations.
