Job Description:


Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the Africa region.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Global Sales Operations Team to support our sales team in their daily administrative and operational procedures.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support a busy sales team to help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.

Our international environment, direct client communication and a broad selection of technically oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.


THE CHALLENGE:


  • Administrative support of our sales team
  • Support existing customers and deal with new customer leads and corresponding opportunities
  • Support of Sales Director for pricing and quotation preparation, sales information and presentations
  • Core contract preparations (commercial conditions, payment terms) for submitting a draft for legal approval no translations or medium major legal changes
  • Direct communication with potential and existing customers
  • Product Presentations to clients
  • Communication with all the internal departments and observation of all internal crossfunctional processes required for a sale
  • CRM maintenance being a source of deeper knowledge about the CRM system and responsible for the customer database to keep it clean and enrich it
  • Basic, salesoriented technical support
  • Sales Inbox management

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Undergraduate degree (or higher) with a focus on business management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong drive for results with a proven track record of achievement
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Build and manage relationships
  • Selfmotivated and have a professional discipline with excellent followthrough
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of sports, betting/gambling and technology is considered a plus
