    Senior Specialist: Project Manager to drive complex project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality standards and strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute and oversee multiple business domain projects, aligning with strategic goals
    • Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions as needed
    • Coordinate stakeholders for seamless communication and commitment throughout the project lifecycle
    • Implement governance frameworks and change management processes
    • Maintain project documentation for audit purposes
    • Deliver projects effectively using industry best practices, including PMI, Prince2 or Agile methodologies
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Relevant Degree (e.g., Commerce or equivalent qualification)
    • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2 preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing IT and telecom projects
    • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools
    • Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycles, Software Delivery Life Cycles, Business Analysis and Telecom processes
