A leading hotel group with locations in Mbombela, Emalahleni, Ermelo, Secunda, Standerton, Sandton, Cape Town, and Limpopo are looking to employ a meticulous and experienced Digital Marketing & Online Channels Manager to join our marketing team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Khayalami Hotels, a multi-property hotel group, is seeking a driven and highly organised Digital Marketing & Online Channels Manager to oversee and manage the group's full digital presence.
The successful candidate will manage social media, online travel platforms, voucher systems, online reputation, email marketing, and digital performance across multiple properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Facebook, Instagram & TikTok (minimum 5 posts per week per platform)
- Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs and online enquiries daily
- Create on-brand graphics and short-form videos (Canva / Adobe / CapCut)
- Capture UGC-style content at property events, activations and room shoots (cell phone content – not professional photography)
- Manage and respond to Google Reviews and TripAdvisor feedback
- Oversee OTA platforms , TripAdvisor, Lekkerslaap)
- Redeem and manage vouchers on Daddy's Deals & Hyperli
- Design and distribute monthly newsletters via Profitroom
- Maintain unique brand identity per property
- Track digital performance and provide monthly feedback
PREREQUISITES
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
- 3–5 years digital marketing experience
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Designer/Manager
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Ability to capture high-quality cell phone photo & video content
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organised and self-managed
- Experience in hospitality marketing platforms such as will be an added advantage.
- Skills Required: Copywriting, Communication, Creative thinking and Problem-solving skills.
