Description

Beautiful property in the Magaliesburg requires the services of a Spa Supervisor / Receptionist. Must have at least 3 x years of experience in a Spa within a 4/5-star hotel.

Skills:
To manage all Spa admin operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. Must be able to forecast, plan and manage all Spa orders, stock, and finance. Must maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction, be well-organized, and have strong administration and financial skills. Must have strong customer relations and communication skills. Must be computer literate and worked with Spa POS.

Abilities:
Must have a solid ability to delegate staff effectively. Must be able to work under pressure effectively. Must be able to make effective decisions and use own initiative where necessary. Must be able to deal with customers effectively. Ensure that all set standards and quality are maintained at all times to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Must be able to provide all relevant costs and revenue reports for the Spa. Be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Spa. Ensure that all operating equipment is maintained in a good state of repair.

A Valid driver's license and own transport would be beneficial.
