Field Manager

We're seeking an experienced Field Manager to drive growth for clients, customers, and Smollan by fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively ensure operational excellence
Provide business insights and execute strategies
Collaborate with teams and manage resources effectively
Engage with stakeholders and manage relationships
Lead and manage people to achieve goals
Manage promotional activities and achieve objectives
Monitor new innovations and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Achieve targets efficiently and effectively
Control expenses and optimize resources

Requirements:

2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/supervisory level
Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Strong sales management and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and analysis skills
Computer literacy and business acumen
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Proactive thinking and leadership skills
Planning and organizing abilities
Negotiation skills
