Job Title Dispatch Administrator

Branch:
KZN Pinetown

Position Reports to Branch Manager


Job Overview

  • Plan daily deliveries to various customers within the KZN region.
  • Execution of deliveries timeously whilst provided constant feedback to customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Logistics background
  • Understand the KZN region from a geographical perspective (local person)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan daily deliveries to various customers linked to OTIF
  • Plan driver's routes.
  • Ensure daily POD's are checked and filled.
  • Maintain trucks / general maintenance / fuel reports / tracker reports.
  • Update / communicate with customers on their order status.
  • Liaise with external, internal and production staff for efficient planning and distribution,

Salary:
R7, R8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

Experience:

Dispatch Administrator: 2 years (required)

  • Logistics background
: 1 year (required)
