Provide quality collections and finance administration services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate accounting operations. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analytics.
Proactively find process improvements and value add initiatives to drive increased revenue growth and profitability.
Responsible for performing the day-to-day general ledger accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for assigned functional areas.
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of management reporting of financial results.
Initiate payments and reconcile cash books.
Ensure data integrity and consistency of information as well as organised documentation of results and data sources used.

Provide analysis and guidance regarding the return on investment from new product development opportunities, marketing strategies, sales initiatives and other ad hoc projects.

Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents.
Assist with the strategic planning process through the development of financial models and the compilation of financial projections.
Maintain processes and systems for forecasting and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve business results through the analysis of financial and operational metrics.

Ensure all recurring reports are delivered to the appropriate recipients on time while ensuring the accuracy of the reports is consistent.
