Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Driver Supervisor to join our team at Cartrack, a leading global provider of vehicle telematics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing driver performance, compliance, and reporting, while building strong relationships with clients and the Plus Legend network.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Performance Management: Oversee driver performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with underperforming drivers to craft action plans.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure drivers meet quality prerequisites through periodic assessments and escalate non-compliance issues.
Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on driver performance and KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to propose enhancements.
Driver Supply and Attendance: Track daily driver attendance and ensure SLA is met and coverage is maintained.
Relationship Building and Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and the Plus Legend network, promoting a positive working environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 certificate
Vehicle Requirements: Own roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive cover and third-party liability insurance
Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution; customer-centric approach with understanding of driver requirements
Technical Skills: Familiarity with gig economy or on-demand service platforms and KPIs; proficiency in Google Suite and MS Excel/Google sheets
Availability: Flexibility to work occasionally during evenings or weekends
