Skills and Competencies
- Computer literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and focused.
- Experience in a call centre environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work US hours this could be as late as 4am in the morning SA time on any given day of the week.
- Minimum of 12 months Customer Care experience within a Contact Centre environment.
- Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
- Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary: up to R6000 basic + 750 attendance bonus + 750 Nightshift allowance + commission based on KPI
Ability to commute:
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
