    Job Title: German-Speaking Call Centre Employee Sales

    fempower is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a German-speaking Call Centre Employee Sales.

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a customer service superstar who is fluent in German and has a passion for solving problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving consumer complaints, providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and back-office services, and responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resolving consumer complaints with precision and empathy
    • Providing inbound and outbound telephonic support, including chat and back-office services
    • Responding to customer inquiries, both written and verbal
    • Offering customer support for travel-related queries, particularly in the airline industry
    • Managing complaints and resolving them with integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
    • Maintaining communication with clients and suppliers to ensure optimal outcomes for customers

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
    • 1+ years' experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms
    • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
    • Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to de-escalate complaints professionally
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Cultural awareness and composure in challenging situations
