Sales Administrator
BUI is seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator with a passion for technology and process.

In this role you will be tasked to work with the customers, the sales team and back office managing and developing the sales administrative processes as well as assisting the sales manager with manging the sales team.

We are currently hiring a
Sales Administrator based in Durban, Cape Town or Johannesburg.

The Sales Administrator role acts as the connecting piece between the Sales Team, Back Office, and Delivery.

This will include tasks like processing orders, contracts, and renewals, managing sales materials, managing CRM (HubSpot), managing C3 and Partner Center.

They also perform administrative duties for the sales office.

This is an administrative position, reporting to the Sales Manager.

It's a fast-paced position that requires the ability attention to detail, computer literate (Excel skills are mandatory) to multitask and be able to work under pressure.

**So what will you have to do?

Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to processing orders, onboarding customers, maintaining customer databases, placing order with vendors and monitoring sales activity
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, and to streamline sales processes
  • Help maintain the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and salesrelated data, ensuring all information is uptodate and readily accessible
  • Maintaining and managing the Online Store and Partner Center
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Stay up to date with new products, features, and licenses. Organise and arrange sales meetings and conferences. Additional tasks might be required based on evolving sales process.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve onthejob
