    We are a trusted partner in the Public Health sector, dedicated to making food systems safer, healthier, and more sustainable. Our global network spans 27 countries, providing testing and innovative solutions to prevent health risks associated with food, environment, and consumer goods.

    We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Cape Town.

    Responsibilities:

    - Act as primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating technical support activities with clients.

    - Ensure best-in-class service for Merieux Nutrisiences' clients through seamless communication and problem-solving skills.

    - Liaise between laboratory and clients to provide excellent customer service.

    Requirements:

    - General knowledge of food testing methods and scientific processes, obtained from a minimum diploma in Microbiology (or similar), Food Science/Tech, or Chemistry.

    - Practical experience in a commercial laboratory is an advantage.

    - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

    Work hours will include shift work: 08:00 am - 16:30 pm and 09:00 am - 17:30 pm.
