    Title

    Insurance Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Contact and convert leads from various insurance partners within agreed timeframes.
    2. Closing sales contracts via telephone and in-person interactions, as required.
    3. Coordinate the installation of tracking devices according to established service level agreements (SLAs).
    4. Maintain a conversion rate that meets agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve monthly fitment targets aligned with KPIs.
    5. Achieve quality/compliance score targets as outlined in KPIs.
    6. Secure daily contracting targets of 30+ clients.
    7. Follow up on outstanding customer inquiries listed on your work schedule.
    8. Furnish customers with necessary documentation and information to facilitate contract completion.
    9. Arrange vehicle fitments by liaising with planning teams, branches, and fitment centers.
