Skills and Competencies

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and focused
  • Sales experience in a call centre environment.

Requirements:


  • Inbound/ Outbound contact centre sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in insurance campaigns.
  • Knowledge of various sales techniques and objection handling.
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Must be willing to work a UK campaign shift (Monday to Friday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
  • Well spoken

Salary: up to R5500 basic + 750 attendance bonus + Uncapped comm
