Spend Management
- Develop sourcing plans to deliver lean and agile supply chains, risk mitigation and value

- Negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of pricing mechanisms

- Monitor potential risks across global sources and identify appropriate risk mitigation.

- Develop supplier relationship management processes with colleagues and key stakeholders, and ensure improvement plans are initiated and investigated for the effective delivery of delivered goods or services
Merits and Measurements
- Develop and agree with suppliers, procurement team and other stakeholders appropriate KPIs for the supply chain
- Collate and analyse data that supports the control of prices, costs and financial savings, taking appropriate actions to improve performance

People Development
- Developing the capabilities of individuals in Procurement
- Select and appoint personnel and other resource to achieve effective procurement function.

- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate ethical codes for procurement and supply

Inherent Requirements - BCom Supply Chain Degree / Degree specialising in Procurement/CSCP
- 5 years in a similar position
Required Skills:
- Negotiation: 4 to 5 years
Leadership Mentoring: 4 to 5 years
