    Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with existing customers to offer retention options and customized solutions based on their needs and preferences.
  • Use Siebel and C3D systems efficiently to manage customer accounts, process requests, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings, ensuring accurate information is presented to customers.
  • Meet or exceed set retention targets and contribute positively to the overall team's performance.
  • Proactively handle customer complaints or escalations, demonstrating strong problemsolving skills and finding appropriate resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum
    6 months recent local mobile retentions experience
  • Proficiency in using
    Siebel and C3D systems is essential.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and retention targets.
  • Clear criminal record.
