    Housekeeping Supervisor Role

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the smooth running of the housekeeping department, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
    • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Deliver on plans and objectives, achieving housekeeping initiatives and hotel targets while controlling costs and inventory.
    • Supervise the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in housekeeping, with a strong supervisory and managerial background.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
    • Ability to work with IT systems and maintain accurate records.
