    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Consultant to join our team in Witbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on event planning and management.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans and strategies
    • Manage event budgets and timelines
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
    • Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations
    • Evaluate event success and submit reports

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in event planning and management
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of event planning software
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
