North West, Rustenburg R R Monthly Seeking a suitably qualified Production Foreman for a Mine and Processing Facility in Mabeskraal Qualifications & Skills:
Matric
Must have some form of after school Technical Training
2-3 years experience in a similar role within the Mining Industry
Valid Driver's License
Computer literate in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans
Must be prepared to work shifts

Duties:

Ensuring the safety of him/herself and all the employees reporting to him/her
Reporting of any breakdowns, production status, as well as all abnormatlities or unsafe machines and equipment to Management
Assigining of duties and tasks to specific employees
Host and present Safety Talks
Control and Monitor the Process facility, ensuring maximum production
Ensure all equipment is filled correctly with consumables
Over inspect all checklists and ensure equipment is safe to operate
Ensure safe keeping of equipment
Assist maintenance and management
Identify, plan and implement continual improvements
Ensure good employee moral
