Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Propose personalized solutions to meet customer requirements, including quality, convenience, and price.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.
Apply sales processes to build customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with department managers and merchandisers to stay up-to-date on products and services.
Maintain a fully stocked store and participate in commercial action plans.
