Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • To ensure that all staff undertake their duties in compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
  • To give direction to Engineers in ensuring that the necessary resources are allocated to meet departmental requirements
  • To ensure that cost effective and valueadded solutions are in place to meet customer needs
  • To deliver all the requirements of Company policies in particular those designed to improve People Performance and Engagement
  • To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance as per MHSA
  • To instil and maintain a strong health and safety culture amongst the Engineering team
  • To oversee the procurement of critical asset; Implementation of budget control systems
  • To ensure contractor compliance and best practice implementation
  • Matric
  • BEng/B Tech or NHD in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Government Certificate of Competency (MHS Act) (Mines and Works)
  • Minimum of 10 years Solid experience in a Mining and Concentrator plant as an Engineer will be advantages
  • Must be medically fit
