Job Title: Project HES Supervisor

Located in the Netherlands, this full-time role requires a highly experienced professional to oversee Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) compliance for specific projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished individual with a strong background in HES project supervision. The ideal candidate will have a certification in HES or a related field, along with significant experience working on high-pressure projects.

• Supervise HES compliance for various projects, including risk assessments.
• Implement and monitor HES policies and practices on-site.
• Train project staff on HES protocols and emergency procedures.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety standards align with project goals.

Requirements

• Certification in HES or a related field (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Minimum 2-10 years of HES project supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure project environments.

Location

Candidates should be either South African residents living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate there.
