    Pastel Sage

    Pastel Evolution advantageous

    6+ Years of Experience

    Own transport

    DUTIES

    Verification of general ledger on Pastel

    Verification of suppliers on Pastel

    Provide statistical information from Pastel.

    Verification of stock reconciliation on Pastel

    Annual Returns filing on CIPC.

    Company amendments on CIPC

    Resolve all SARS queries.

    Preparation of financial year for audit

    Submit financial information to financial institutions.

    Preparation of management accounts

    Verification and submission of VAT201

    Verification and submission of EMP201

    Payment of VAT201 & EMP201

    Reconciliation and submission of EMP501

    Ensuring that all Policies and Procedures and adhered to. (Integrated Management System QMS, EMS, SHERQ and HR)

    Reporting incidents and accidents, or complaints timeously.
