WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The
Guest House intern **is responsible for assisting and overseeing the arrangements for clients/guests visiting the Boskop site and to assist in managing the Guesthouses and Wag 'n Bietjie game lodge at the Boskop site.

Planning and processing of expenses and income.
Basic maintenance and Upkeep of the facilities.
Eye for detail.
Experience and ability to oversee housekeeping staff.
Reservation and basic Administration duties.
Effective communication.
Stock take and ordering.
Assigning rooms.
Checkingin guests.
Update of monthly report.
Assistance with delegation visits.
Organize conferences and seminars.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Minimum Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent qualification.
National Diploma in Hotel Management/ Hospitality.
Ability to function independently in highly pressurized and stressful environments.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
To be an excellent communicator
